Story (TRIGGER WARNING):
Error. Error. Can't compute.
When Error was still a an unborn child, the ultrasound could never pick her up. The machine would stop working and would always popup with the same message. "Error, Error, Can't Compute. Please Restart. Error, Error." She was also, unfortunately, a killer before even being brought up in the world. When in the womb, she had one other twin but absorbed it, when her mother was giving birth to her, her mother died from too much blood loss, 2 days after her mothers death, her father committed suicide because of stress and devastation. An estranged nurse that had a reputation for disliking children very much so decided to name Error.
Skip forward 11 years, still in an orphanage; Error began going through her developmental stage. She found her self instead of disgusted with gore and blood, and enjoyed it. When gone out hunting with a group of friends she shot a rabbit and didn't finish it off so she could watch it die slowly.
Soon, after finding her fascination with death she noticed that she had gotten a very big bump on her head and kept questioning were she got it but could not find an explanation. It soon grew to something that seemed almost like a tumor but it wasn't completely symptomized with one. On her 12th birthday, it split open. When she woke up that morning she screamed when she looked in the mirror. An eye, had implanted itself on her head. Completely black like a demons eye, with a red pupil.
She ran down to one of her friends rooms and banged on the door. Once her friend had come out of his room, he immediately passed out when he looked up and saw the eye. Panicked since he hadn't woken up after two minutes, she bent down and took his pulse. Stone cold, nothing.
The eye had killed him with a single look.

Fast forward again to when Error became 15. She had ran away from the orphanage and decided to live on her own. Homeless and looking for a place to stay and some way to make some money she found two guys who had deemed her a charity case and decided to take her in. They told her that they had a way that she could make easy cash. When hearing about the job, she was skeptical. Could she really kill people for a living? And was she actually going to get somewhere with this? After pushing her fears away, she decided she become a full time hitman. From there on out she became the stealthiest and most successful killer of her career, and she got a big profit out of it too.

Still out and whacking people with a single look from her voiding eye, she continues her legacy as being a killer. And a skilled one at that.
